The car didn't have an ac working. The host suggested that I'll drive six hours to fix it

Unfortunately, this review is not accurate. We never suggested driving six hours to have the AC repaired. Once the issue was reported, we offered to swap the vehicle for another car. The guest had already driven approximately six hours away from the pickup location. We made every effort to provide a replacement and resolve the situation.
