Didn’t have the correct car available to us on pick up day, and didn’t tell us until 20 minutes before the pick up. Didn’t have a car to the size of what we originally requested, and only gave us $40 in refund because he was only making $200 on our trip.
The original vehicle became unavailable due to another guest taking the keys. To avoid canceling the reservation, four replacement vehicles were offered and a 2024 Chevrolet Trax was selected. In addition, a partial credit was provided as an accommodation for the inconvenience. While the situation was unfortunate, every effort was made to ensure transportation was available and the trip could proceed without cancellation.

The host was very nice and it was a great car. Have to rent again when I return for another visit to NJ.
