Everything went smooth except pickup time was about 15 minutes later than stated, they were still cleaning out the car. Great response when we got a screw in the tire. Great price, highly recommend.

My experience with this Turo rental was extremely disappointing from start to finish.
My reservation was scheduled for 7:30 a.m. At 6:08 a.m., I received an email with instructions on where to find the vehicle. When I arrived at the international parking garage on Level 8, I walked the entire parking level 8 and the vehicle was nowhere to be found.
I immediately contacted Turo and messaged the host. He informed me that he was taking the car to be washed and would arrive in 10–15 minutes. Unfortunately, that did not happen. It wasn’t until 8:00 a.m., approximately 30 minutes later, that he finally arrived with the vehicle.
Because of the delay, I missed my scheduled hair and makeup appointment for a wedding and had to pay an additional $150 to reschedule. While the host apologized, it did not make up for the inconvenience or the added expense.
When the vehicle was delivered, there was no lockbox as originally expected. The host simply told me the key was inside the vehicle. Despite being told the car had just been washed, it did not appear freshly cleaned, and the interior also did not appear to have been properly detailed.
To make matters worse, on the final day of my trip, the dashboard lit up with approximately eight warning messages. I immediately notified the host, and he told me he had contacted the Porsche dealership and was informed the vehicle was safe to drive. Even so, the vehicle stalled multiple times before I was finally able to make it back to my hotel safely.
Overall, this rental caused unnecessary stress during an important trip. Between the late delivery, the extra $150 expense, the condition of the vehicle, and the mechanical warning messages, this was not the experience I expected. Unfortunately, I would not rent this vehicle again.
