It was a little confusing trying to find the car. And there was no instructions of where to find the key.

Sorry the communication around pickup wasn’t as clear as it should have been, especially when it came to finding the car and key. We’ve since made the pickup details clearer so guests know exactly where to go and what to expect before arrival.
Car was great, had a dent we took pictures of when we picked up. Car ran smoothly. Pickup and drop off super smooth. Very happy with this option!
