This car was perfect for traveling the island! Misha was very attentive and made sure we had everything we could need and more. Great gas mileage and very clean. Would recommend to everyone!

Pick up was ok. 1st time ever our host sent us a long message about speed, smoking and cleaning his car. We don’t smoke and we always make sure our car is clean. Turo already send us the rules and that should be it. My husband won’t rent from this person again. There was something wrong with the car already. The blinker light needs to be fixed. Sent host a message and he said to ignore it, the car should be ok.
Aloha, and thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry the pre-trip message felt excessive. My intention was simply to explain important Turo policies regarding smoking, speeding, and vehicle care so there are no surprises during the trip. Most guests appreciate the upfront communication.
Regarding the blinker, it was working before the trip and the bulb likely went out during the rental, which can occasionally happen. The issue has since been fixed.

Car was in great condition. I think having the renter pick up the tab on airport parking instead of having that included lessens value. As a local on island I would have preferred to meet at a home instead of paying 29 dollars in airport parking fees because host wants to park here. (Fees accumulate at airport based on how long car has been parked...if its an hour 2 dollars but after that it increases more and more).

I also review these details during our phone conversation for clarity. For privacy and operational reasons, I do not offer pickup at my personal residence. I appreciate your understanding.
