Granted the car is a 2018 model, it shows more signs of wear than the pictures. The A/C did not blow cold air unless you were moving in the car, making the car hot during extended stops at red lights or in traffic. During the first full day of use, the car started leaking engine coolant profusely.

The host was able to bring us a different car that thankfully fit my family and our belongings. We were initially told by the host they would deliver the car within 30-45 min but arrived 1 hour and 30 min later. The newer car was a Subaru forester which was nicer. However, it seemed the starter was on its last leg. Every time we started the car or the car would turn off due to the auto start function, it would sound like it barely was cranking over to start the engine again.

All of this wouldn’t be a big deal as it’s Hawaii and A/C is not a necessity, but my 8 month old was traveling with us and we expected something more reliable and comfortable for her. If the A/C problem was noted in the listing, at least we would know what we were getting into. I understand things happen but as a customer, this is what can waste precious time during a trip. I would highly recommend keeping up maintenance on the vehicles more frequently.
