I will never book Turo for Hawaii ever again! The pick up and drop off location at the airport was so inconvenient. I had 3 children with me and we had to walk all over the airport to find the car for pick up. We almost missed our flight trying to find where to leave the car upon return. They make it so inconvenient for Turo owners smh. The directions I was given through the app were inaccurate. It said to go through arrivals not departures. I went through arrivals 3 times only to find out it actually was through departures. I literally almost cried dealing with this rental. It was so stressful. The car itself was wonderful and the host was nice. That is the only reason I’m giving 2 stars. I would recommend asking for her phone number in advance tho because waiting for her to message back when we were at the airport was even more stressful. I’m surprised it was not provided beforehand. If you choose to get this rental do yourself a favor and pick it up elsewhere other than the airport!

Perfect car for a drive through Honolulu, it is the way to see the island. Pick up was easy and convenient and drop off was even easier. Elena was very communicative and flexible with our schedule. Would not have been able to do the things we wanted to do without her help!

Fantastic experience from start to finish! Elena was super communicative and made pickup and drop-off completely seamless… The car was impeccably clean, drove smoothly, and was the perfect car for our trip! Would gladly rent from her again next time we visit the island... 5/5 stars!
