It’s a nice car but it was roach infested so many i wasn’t comfortable driving it and when I did they craw on you, let owner know on the beginning of my trip but he said that that was normal on the island been renting for a couple of years on the island never had that issue so car sat mostly in resort and uber around .
I’m sorry to hear about your experience. I work hard to keep my vehicles clean and pest-free, though food left in vehicles can occasionally attract pests in our island climate. I appreciate you bringing this to my attention. I was surprised by the review given the vehicle was driven 475 miles during your trip. After the rental, I treated the vehicle with ozone to remove smoke odors present at the end of the trip and eliminate any pest concerns. Thank you for your review and choosing us.
