The easiest experience

The car was not at the airport when we arrived. Host did ask for flight info, but we were in an area without service and in flight before arrival, but Host did bring the car slightly early either way, so that was good. The tire service light was on, but was told the car was fine. The car did pull heavily to the right which probably means tire, alignment and/or other underlying issues. Overall the car was in good shape, clean, and drivable, but needs mechanical service before put back in to service. The power steering was also not fully functional and the wheel was very tough to rotate, especially for a Lexus. The Host did ask if we wanted to return the car, however, with limited vehicles o the island of Maui, there were no other large vehicles to accommodate us and Turo could not help; so we were stuck with this vehicle. The hosts were responsive, but the car was the issue. I would not rent this car again due to the challenges and mechanical issues.

Hi Gregorio, you messaged you landed and I got the car to the airport for you in less than 30 minutes - which was 1.5 hr before your actual trip start time.
We’ve had zero issues with the maintenance of this vehicle & just recently purchased this vehicle from Lexus with a sound mechanical record.
On top of this we were disappointed in the state of the vehicle when you returned from a fellow turo host.
