The Hyundai Venue, provided by Jeremy was unsafe, unsanitary, and poorly maintained. It arrived wrecked on the front end, filthy inside and out with a foul odor, an active service engine light, an overdue oil change, and a low rear passenger tire that required me to inflate it twice during my trip. When I notified the host about the cleanliness, he dismissed it by stating the car had just returned from another trip and that’s where the damage occurred but I read another renter report that same damage 2 wks ago coincidentally. He offered no apology, compensation, or replacement vehicle. I was forced to drive this poorly maintained car only because I was out of town and stranded without alternative transportation. Furthermore, the host's communication was completely deficient; he withheld pick-up instructions until after my train arrived, ignored my morning message regarding drop-off instructions, and disconnected my phone call ten minutes before our scheduled meeting without calling back. Other renters have reported these exact same maintenance and communication issues. This host clearly prioritizes profit over guest safety and vehicle standards, and I would strongly advise future guests to avoid renting from him…at least until he can get that car repaired properly.

You called me telling me how beautiful and gorgeous you were and I payed it no attention because this is a business platform and I’m strictly professional. Wen I Denied to go further an any advance you called my phone and told me car was not driving straight but you were driving it in the wrong gear and could have damaged my vehicle. When I informed you of that you became hostile henceforth the long negative review. The car is tip top shape.
The host was very communicative. The car was comfy, reliable, and drove very smoothly. Nothing more I could ask for.
