Car was clean, spacious and perfect for our family road trip. We had a really nice drive with no issues. **The only complaint I have is pick-up could have gone more smoothly. I notified him of my ETA (soon after the start of the reservation) and he was very slow to respond in the chat. I waited in a very hot parking garage for about 20 mins before I got the exact car location and he opened the door. He apologized so I’m hoping this was just a hiccup. Otherwise we had a great trip!
