Car is not as advertised, it was falling apart, smelled like week, has low tire pressure on one tire, had low windshield wiper fluid. Did I mention it was literally falling apart. Had trip scheduled and picked up the car from airport and did not have enough time to cancel and had to go out of state.

Nothing was mentioned during the trip or after the trip, yet the renter kept extending the vehicle. If they were truly unhappy with the vehicle, why would they continue extending the trip? I guess this is really about the damages the renter caused during the trip, which you would now have to pay for. Also we don’t delivery Tesla to airport so not possible that you picked it up from airport either.
