The owner delivered the car 30 minutes late and with 46% charge
on the battery and claimed we didn’t fill out a non-existent option to get a car with 80% charge. Very frustrating and disappointing.

As per the booking we received at 3pm for a 5pm delivery in rush hour traffic to NYC we tried our best to get the vehicle there in time but it is impossible with the grid lock.
For the EV-Charge we fully charge/fully gas vehicles when the prepaid recharge/gas options are chosen. This is clearly shown when booking under extras.

Deep was a fantastic host: he helped me pick the right car for our New England getaway (steering me away from some bad choices), was thoroughly communicative throughout the trip, and was very flexible when I had to make some late changes. Great host!
