The vehicle was absolutely beautiful. The drive was great. My only problem, which for was a major thing. The vehicle smelled like cigarette smoke. I mean it was bad. The moment you open the door the smell hits you. On the Turo app it says these vehicle are supposed to be none smoking. One good thing was the vehicle was delivered to me the night before my trip so I was able to get some of the smell out after speaking to the owner. Before every drive we had to vent the car and put on some kind of smoke reductions device. If the next vehicle I rent from Turo has the same problem then I'll have to get my rental from somewhere else.

I sincerely apologize for the cigarette odor you encountered. Unfortunately, this came from a previous renter despite our strict no-smoking policy. As soon as you brought it to my attention, I did my best to address it right away by providing a smoke-reduction machine to help improve the situation. EZ-Pass & charging feeswas waived.
