Fantastic experience from start to finish! The car was exactly as described — clean, well-maintained, and ready to go. Pickup and drop-off were seamless, and the host was communicative and friendly. Would absolutely rent again without hesitation. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

What you did here is really unacceptable. I pointed out from the start that the car was not up to par, especially the rims, and asked about the cancellation policy. Instead of offering any help, any solution, or even clarity, you denied the issue in the chat and left me to deal with Turo support on my own.
Then, when I came back to the garage to get photo proof for Turo, you were there — and suddenly the car and rims had been cleaned. You knew exactly what the issue was, you knew I was actively dealing with Turo, and yet you chose not to assist or make this right until after the fact.
That’s incredibly shady and disappointing. I was even open to booking a different one of your cars if it had been up to standard, but the way this was handled shows no professionalism and no regard for the guest experience.
Thanks for your feedback. However, I’m not sure what you mean by saying I was there — I was not on site at all that day. We also asked multiple times in the chat about what exactly was wrong with the rim, but you never responded. In addition, Turo did not approve the cancellation since you were unable to provide any legitimate reason.
