If there is active construction, all customers need to be informed of that prior to booking or at any point throughout it. If the parking section that I am supposed to return the vehicle in has been closed, I should’ve been informed of that at the earliest possible time. Very frustrating. Believe i spoke to one of your employees, i apologize for my attitude. You need to have clear instructions, that dont have people literally guessing and leaving us to their own devices.

Totally understand. We do communicate through messages, and you can always call us directly if you have any trouble returning the vehicle. Unfortunately, the construction in part of the garage is completely outside of our control. The work should be completed soon, and the entire section will be opened back up again.
Car pickup was very easy, host instructions clear and informative. Car was clean and ran nicely.
