Everything went smoothly with the vehicle. Carlos was also very communicative throughout the process.

The car had many issues including hood sensor issues, the battery dying, the car key battery low and the gas tank cap not closing. Every issue I brought to Carlos’ attention, he told me that wasn’t an issue. I was honestly nervous driving this vehicle - would not recommend or rent this vehicle again. Carlos was quick to respond but wasn’t helpful when we had some car issues.
Sorry for your problems but ii got the car back an I have no problem with the car didn't take to get fixed just sand all over the floor but I'll clean it not one thing is wrong with my car thanks have a nice day

The car was in fantastic condition and drove very well in the snow. Carlos had it freshly cleaned upon arrival.
