Worst rental experience of my life. This company is dishonest, unfair, and unprofessional. Don't use them

Hi TZVI,
Unfortunately this matter is not in our control - Turo is responsible for processing swaps on cars and it best to contact them regarding this matter. This is not in our control. Please refrain from providing misleading and incomplete information in reviews.
Everything was perfect. The car was clean easy to drive easy to pick up and return would do it again.

Host had amazing communication and patience. Even upgraded the car I was given to the black Cherokee, which I LOVED. It was my birthday weekend and I’m glad I got both a great host and car.
