I would NOT recommend renting this car.
This was by far the WORST rental experience we’ve had. The vehicle was handed to us in extremely poor condition.
The interior was dirty (in spots) and dusty, the seats and floors were dirty, and there was a strong cigarette smell.
Even belt left a dirty dusty mark on my shirt!
The windshield and side windows had a greasy/cloudy film that made visibility noticeably worse. The exterior was dirty as well, and the gas tank was not full when we received the car.
The dashboard showed a low washer-fluid warning, which was especially concerning considering the condition of the windshield.
The rear bumper was also partially detached on the left side, with a significant visible gap between the bumper and the body of the car.
Most importantly, once we started driving, we noticed an abnormal noise coming from the front-left area of the vehicle and another strange noise when accelerating. We genuinely did not feel safe driving this car.

Great car, easy pickup. Two small things: the gas tank wasn’t full when the car was picked up and there was still a rattling noise in the car as a previous customer reported. Very minor though and overall good experience

Everything was great! The instructions were clear and easy to follow, and the host was very responsive and helpful. The car was exactly as described, clean, and the whole rental process was smooth from start to finish. I had a great experience and would definitely rent from this host again. Highly recommend!
