Beyond Terrible!!!
I was on time, and they made me wait in a hot parking Lot in Jersey City for 20 minutes to gain acccess to the vehicle....which was absolutely FILTHY on the outside. Dirt and mud on every inch of the truck. This is not an exaggeration.
Also...They had let me know 18 hours before pickup that the truck had a crack in the drivers side of windshield, but wouldn't accommodate me with a discount because they KNEW that I needed this truck for my sons prom.
These people are extremely unprepared, unprofessional and are here to take advantage of you. Stay away. 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾
Don't come to our lot asking for a good review in lieu of money or free handouts that's not going to happen!

We cannot release a car until the guest license verification is done on the app so come prepared!
As per cleaning the car was some water spots and pollen is out of our control. Even after we paid for another wash for customer satisfaction.
Damages from a previous trip were relayed with photos for approval or cancellation prior to this trip taking place.
