The pickup location was easy to locate and getting the car was smooth. I was informed of the screen not working in the vehicle and the host did his best to accommodate and rectify the issue. The vehicle does need brakes and windshield wipers before it’s rented out again.

My host Mr. Alvin was a terrible host no regard for unexpected events threatening to call law enforcement even when I was willing to provide hospital documentation for the the unexpected emergency plus he ask questions about whereabouts which doesn’t have nothing to do with rental b/c I paid my money to go where ever I please I didn’t like his hospitality when it comes to renting his car
