Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this host.
Shortly before our trip, we were informed that the vehicle we reserved had been in an accident. We were given the option of taking the original Bronco with a broken brake light or switching to a different vehicle. For safety reasons, we chose the replacement.
While I appreciate being given a choice, the replacement vehicle was a noticeable downgrade from what we originally booked. Throughout our week-long trip, Apple CarPlay constantly disconnected, the windshield wipers were in poor condition, and the vehicle simply wasn’t comparable to what we had reserved.
What was most disappointing was how the situation was handled. The vehicle swap was completed outside of Turo, and we were told we would receive compensation for the inconvenience. Despite that promise, no compensation was ever provided.
I understand that accidents happen, and I don’t fault the host for the original vehicle being unavailable. What matters is how those situations are handled. We accepted the replacement in good faith based on the promise that things would be made right, but that promise was never fulfilled. Because of that, I can’t recommend renting from this host.

Great car! Extremely clean and nice to drive. My only issue was it was too parked in short term traffic parking and my flight was delayed. So I had to pay a lot to get out of short term rental parking. Otherwise, perfect car for Wyoming!
