Great car, no issues whatsoever.

The car was fine overall, but the interior had pre-existing damage when we picked it up. I reported it immediately after noticing it. The host is now trying to hold us responsible for that damage, which is completely false.
Because of this experience, I would not recommend renting from this host. Make sure to carefully document the vehicle’s condition before and after your trip.

Beatriz we have clear pictures before the trip started and it’s well documented and the pictures after the trip which are uploaded by you and ours show the damage when the car was returned. Turo has a strict policy on falsifying any claims which we would not do it as this our only source of income. I am just following the process and submitted pictures.
Super easy pick up, great instructions. Great vehicle. Host also worked with me to change drop off location since I was flying out of a different airport. Everything was great. I really appreciated the host and the quick communication process. Made my business trip a great experience. Thank you!
