The car itself was fine and worked well for the trip. However, I received several messages from the owner throughout the rental period, followed by a phone call and additional texts several days after the trip asking for a rating. I understand wanting to check in, but the amount of communication felt excessive and made the rental experience feel less hands-off than I would have preferred.
