The car was fine and a very good value as a rental. Pickup was easy and the host was very responsive

This was a horrible experience. Check engine light is on. Rear light indicator is on. Under car cover came off while driving on the highway. I had to utilize my time and money to get it fixed. Host reimbursed me, but it’s the inconvenience that matters more. Vehicle struggles to start. Host is slow to respond. This car needs to come off Turo until some maintenance is performed on the vehicle. Will not utilize this host again.
I’m sorry that you had such an experience. As I mentioned to you check engine light went off after you tightened the fuel cap. The only message I didn’t respond d within 20 minutes was when you texted me at 1 am. The cover came off after the oil change was performed and I will talk to my shop about that. When you received the car the light was not on. I will however will have the car checked and I sincerely apologize about your experience.
