Excellent experience. Great host. Extremely responsive and helpful. Car is well kept, clean and like new. Jelena was kind enough to keep chilled water bottle as a courtesy which was very thoughtful. Will definitely book again on next visit.

5 star experience all around! Jelena’s 2023 Audi Q5 was super clean, smooth, and drove perfectly. Pickup and drop-off were quick and easy, and communication was great throughout. You can tell she really takes care of her car. Would definitely rent again—highly recommend!

Pickup was fine but return instructions vague. No place to park the car. Lots of personal items left in the vehicle when we picked it up. Accused of theft for my teen accidentally taking a charging cord that was apparently in the car. Over charged for said cord on exaggerated incidental text. Overall poor communication

For transparency, the vehicle was delivered clean as pictured, fully fueled, with clear pickup and return instructions via the Turo app. The additional charges referenced were submitted in accordance with Turo policies for fuel replacement when returned on empty, mileage overage, toll road usage, and other incidentals, with documentation provided within the required timeframe. I look forward to hosting guests who respect the vehicle and follow Turo trip guidelines.
