Car broke down 3 days into the trip and couldn’t get a refund for the rest of the trip. As well I was out of a car scrambling to get a new car for my family.

Hi Kyle, I am genuinely sorry for the disruption to your family trip caused by an unexpected high-voltage battery failure. As soon as you notified me, I drove straight to you to assist in person and helped end the trip early so Turo could issue your prorated refund for all unused days. I also fully waived your $65 charging fee as a courtesy. The car was immediately towed to Tesla, where the battery is being replaced under warranty. I always prioritize guest care and wish your family the best.
