Overall very smooth ride and the car is very nice. Only con is that the battery drains alittle too quick but overall good car.

Carzy got the car here on time which was huge relief. The last car owner didn’t come from Turo, and all they did was book another car. There was a huge crack on the sunroof so there were concerns the cracked glass might crack further. I informed Carzy on the first day of accepting the car about the crack. Carzy does not have Tesla app access so they need to have a lockbox and have no idea where the car is because they are a management company. They need Tesla app access from the owner so they can unlock/lock the car and track where the car is.

Had anl issue with the battery in the keyfob dying and getting locked out. Situation worked itself out and we replaced the battery. Besides that, wonderful, smooth experience. They seem to have a team available so they are super quick to respond to messages. Thankful for an affordable tesla rental option whenever we visit LA. Vehicle was clean, no smells, good tires, and was charged up when we arrived. Instructions were super clear. Would recommend and would rent again!

This was my first time using this company through Turo. The communication was timely, direct and clear which I respect. The Tesla Y Performance was a great weekend car with no physical issues. My only minor issue was the smoke odor in the car that affected our family trip. Despite that, the price and speedy communication won me as a client. I will be using them in the near future.
