Quality was terrible; drivers seat does not adjust forward to a normal position. The cars engine shuts off at every stop jerking the car when it starts up 4 seconds later. I’ve returned this far early because it does not feel safe and the drivers seat puts me at a terrible angle. The seats are all Manuel. The owner was confrontational even though I returned the car 30 minites before check out as he had to wait 10 minutes. He stood over me as I tried to take pictures and I needed to get loud to get him to back away; he was trying to force me to not take pictures and there was zero damage done by me. Do not let this guy put Subarus lowest level model on sale for the same as a Lexus. This should be a $550/month rental at most. The host really wanted to see if my 3 black belts still worked. He badgered me about being “late” when I had a medical emergency to take care of. He is so upset that he had to wait in a parking lot for 20 minutes, but that lot was much closer to his location than my home is. I will never rent from this guy again and this is the 2nd Turo in a row that was not as advertised.

The car was perfect: clean, new, and everything went smoothly with the communication. One thing to keep in mind if you rent from them is that the included mileage is quite low compared to average, and any extra miles are very expensive. In my case, it was $0.73 per mile. I received 2,100 miles for 7 weeks, which is very little for Los Angeles. For comparison, my sister once rented a car for 10 days and got 1,800 miles included. Overall, everything was fine, but be cautious and check the mileage limits carefully to avoid very high extra fees.
