The car is a great rental. The host was available for communication throughout the trip. It was my first time renting an EV so charging was new to me as well as getting into the car. The host was helpful in navigating the new experience of getting acquainted with its charging system and charging it at compatible charging stations.
Helpful tips for newbies:
- don’t leave the car charging past it’s allocated session time or you’ll accrue idle fees. And piss off people waiting to charge (oops)
- the host remotely unlocks the car for you upon arrival and will remotely lock it when you drop off.
