Everything was fantastic. The host was very friendly and helpful, the location was great and very easy to access and the vehicle was amazing!!!!!!

Very bad experience. I booked a Panamera with a 2.9L V6, and ended up with a Macan with an old 4-cylinder engine straight out of a Golf 7 GTI… Absolutely nothing comparable in terms of performance or comfort.
The rental company tried to pass it off as an “upgrade” just because the car was newer, when it’s clearly a downgrade. You don’t replace a high-end luxury sedan with an SUV that has a much weaker engine.
Lack of transparency and not what I originally booked. Very disappointed, I do not recommend.
