The car was wonderful and the pick and drop off was easy.

Pick up was not smooth.
One of the tires had a pressure issue.
There was no spare, if you do have a flat you’re stuck.
Mechanically the car is sound, but I wouldn’t rent it again.

Hi Derek, a few of these points aren't fair to the car. It sounds like you ran over nails, which caused the tire pressure issue but this GLA uses run-flat tires instead of a spare, letting you drive 50-100 miles at reduced speed after a puncture, so you weren't stranded. The seat belt chime just reminds you to put on your seat belt you should be wearing it while driving. This seems more like a lack of knowledge about newer vehicles than an issue with the car.

Car pick up was smooth and easy. The car drove well throughout our stay and did not give us any issues. Drop-off was quick and simple. I would consider renting the car again on my next trip!
