I returned the car before 430 but ended up chatting with the owner and forgot to finalize the process

No communication from host , the car smelled like someone had been smoking in it for weeks and even when I returned the car it still had that same smell. Maybe they didn’t think it was a problem because I meet the physical description of most of their clientele, however I do not smoke. I talked to the guy at location about the smell he sprayed something that did absolutely nothing. As far as how the car drove, when you accelerate there seems to be a problem that may have something to do with the driveshaft or axel . Would I take this car on a far trip no , locally around the city streets yes .
