Art was very easy to communicate with throughout the trip, and I absolutely loved driving the Bronco. The car was spotless, had no odors, and was in excellent condition.
It was surprisingly easy to drive, and the higher ride height made it perfect for exploring Joshua Tree. The visibility and comfort were great, and it added a lot to the overall experience.
Would definitely rent from Art again on my next trip!

Disappointed about having to pay a parking fee. My original confirmation did not show that paying this fee was required. My invoice included a $35 delivery fee among other fees so an extra parking fee seems excessive and misleading.
The car itself was great and appreciate the convenience.
