It was a drop off and she was early.. when it came to picking up I reached out due to it being a day later to get the jeep back got a little worried and found out she was having a family emergency.
Was perfect. I needed transportation while my vehicle was in the shop. Vehicle was nice and clean. The host even provided bottle water and a pack of gum that was in the vehicle when I picked it up. So thoughtful and very pleasant. Will do business again if ever needed.

Moses is great! I rented one of his cars previously and had a generally good experience. I gave him a 4 out of 5 stars. Because 5 stars are the only desirable outcome for a turo owner, Moses could have been frustrated and deterred from dealing with me. Instead, when we arrived in the airport, I realized that I failed to order the vehicle to be delivered to the airport. Moses was extremely accommodating and courteous in bringing the car to me. The car was immaculate and in perfect working order. His customer service and professionalism are a model for all turo owners. He is a credit to the brand.
