Good afternoon, the car was great, the location was good, but my host Shena was awesome and very professional from the begging where I needed help to login in and could not so we went the extra mile to get me logged in so I can get my car picked up. She was with me from the beginning to the return of my car she was great. On my next rental I will call her again and let my friends and family know as well. Thanks for everything Shena.

Car quality was really good. It was super clean but ended up noticing there was a crack on the windshield. I was super worried but the owner said it was previously damaged there. Also, the maintenance required light came on so it would be nice to know that the oil and everything else has been checked and changed before someone takes it for a trip.

The vehicle was taken in for routine maintenance the day after your trip ended. In regard to the chip in the windshield, it is less than 1” and was previously repaired by Safelite with resin fill to prevent spreading, ensure structural integrity and safe operation. Our sincerest apologies. We take all feedback seriously to improve our future services.
