Rodney was hands down one of the best Turo hosts I’ve had, and I’ve used Turo for years for solo travel, business trips, family vacations, and everything in between.
His communication was outstanding from the start, reaching out before our trip and making the entire process seamless. When a small registration issue came up, he resolved it immediately by providing another vehicle, ensuring our vacation wasn’t affected.
What truly set Rodney apart was providing an infant car seat for our daughter. He confirmed her age, height, and weight to ensure it was the correct seat, had it installed before we arrived, and it honestly made this trip possible for our family. He also sent a video showing exactly how to find the car in the airport garage, which was a lifesaver while traveling with two young kids, and even met us at departures for an effortless return.
Rodney truly goes above and beyond. If you’re considering renting from him, don’t hesitate—you won’t find a more thoughtful, professional, or accommodating host. We’d rent from him again in a heartbeat!
