Bad air conditioner not working
Hello Melvin,
As we tried to explain and show you at our location when you started yelling and being rude at everyone, that nothing was wrong with the vehicle. You just did not have the actual ac on, and this vehicle was double checked by a mechaic
No smoking allowed
Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
Keep the vehicle tidy
Unreasonably dirty vehicles may result in a $150 fine
Refuel the vehicle
Missing fuel may result in an additional fee
No off-roading
