I had a great experience renting this car! As soon as I picked it up, the host was super helpful, and the pickup process was quick and easy. I had a little trouble starting the car because I thought the key was stuck, but as soon as I messaged the host, he responded right away and called me quickly to walk me through how to start the car. I really appreciated how responsive, patient, and helpful he was.
The car got me from point A to point B without any issues, and overall, I had a great experience. I highly recommend renting from him! You won’t be disappointed.

Car had minor bumps and bruises. The head rest is broke so when you’re driving you hear it rocking back and forth. Also had to watch how I held the key, it didn’t fold down into the key fob. First host I ever received an invoice for gas. Got charged basically $20 for $5 worth of gas. But hey, rent did exactly what it was supposed to do.

Thank you for your feedback. The vehicle was returned with less fuel than at pickup, so we submitted the required pre-trip and post-trip fuel photos to Turo. After reviewing the evidence, Turo approved the fuel reimbursement in accordance with its policy. We also note that this review was submitted only after the reimbursement was processed, which suggests it may have been influenced by that decision rather than the overall rental experience.
