The vehicle smelled like mold. The car was very dirty. Vehicle needs an alignment very bad. Need new tires, needs an oil change. I returned vehicle early. I just felt it was unsafe to drive any longer.

Thank you for your feedback. I do want to address some inaccuracies, upon pickup you messaged that the vehicle smelled amazing, which contradicts the mold claim. The vehicle was recently inspected and serviced and was in safe driving condition at the time of pickup. I take all feedback seriously and will continue to maintain the vehicle to the highest standard for future guests.
3rd time renting and the service and the car is always great.

This was such a great experience! Not only was the host so quick to respond and made everything so easy but the car was so great! It was so clean that it felt brand new, absolutely no problems with it and so spacious. I choose this car cause the host had so many great reviews and he surely did not disappoint.
