The car itself was perfectly fine. It is a newer vehicle and drove exactly how a new car should. The only downside was that it had clearly been smoked in, leaving a strong and unpleasant odor. The car was also dirty at pickup. There was someone on site offering to wash it, but after traveling through the airport, we did not want to wait any longer.
It also appeared that the vehicle may have been previously impounded, as there was white writing on the outside window. There was quite a bit of pre existing damage as well, but that did not affect our ability to drive or get where we needed to go.
The pickup and drop off process was smooth and easy. The instructions were clear, and we had no issues navigating the airport location.
Overall, it was not a bad experience, but there is definitely room for improvement.

The car was dirty upon pick up so we had to wash it. Other then that no issues car was ready earlier then the pick up time which helped since we landed early
