Dropped my car off and nobody was there to receive it. Carwash great but was overdue for an oil change.
Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for any inconvenience during the drop-off process. Since the vehicle was returned after hours, no team member was scheduled to be present at that time but detailed after-hours drop-off instructions were sent in advance for guidance during the return process. We also want to note that the vehicle’s oil change and maintenance were completed prior to the start of the trip. We appreciate your comments and are glad the vehicle was returned in great condition.
