Terrible trip you got down on me for a extra day

We do want to clarify that trip charges, including additional rental days, are calculated according to Turo’s policies and billing structure, which are based on reservation dates rather than hourly usage. Car was nice and drove smoothly, pick up was confusing and I was walking in the parking lot for 30mins the employee was sitting in a car on his phone and basically ignored everyone that was there to pick up a car.
The car did say it was due for an oil change, I ended up driving in the rain during my trip, the windshield wipers are awful and did nothing, car needs windshield washer fluid as well.

The car drove well and was great for our family trip to Houston. The host was friendly and communication was good. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that there was a minor issue with the vehicle/pickup process. Other than that, everything went smoothly, and I appreciate the host’s help.

Dropped my car off and nobody was there to receive it. Carwash great but was overdue for an oil change.

Since the vehicle was returned after hours, no team member was scheduled to be present at that time but detailed after-hours drop-off instructions were sent in advance for guidance during the return process. We also want to note that the vehicle’s oil change and maintenance were completed prior to the start of the trip. We appreciate your comments and are glad the vehicle was returned in great condition.
