Quality - the car was nice, clean, gas tank full, very accommodating to drive my elder mother around for errands.
Pick up - instructions easy to follow, easy to access vehicle.
Host - was very nice, has amazing understanding, and was very accommodating as my plans changed. Great communication and awesome response times. I would definitely rent with him again.
