We had an amazing experience renting from Timothy! The car was clean, reliable, comfortable, and perfect for exploring the island with our family. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and Timothy was friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our trip. The vehicle drove great and made our vacation much more enjoyable. Communication and pick up were great! We ran into a small issue with there being a nail in the tire but it wasn’t loosing air. The host offered to handle it after our trip or switch our vehicle. Car was very clean and drove smoothly!

Car was not cleaned good, as soon as I started driving the door ajar light came on when I got off the highway and went about 5 miles per hour the e break came on stopping the car abruptly I had to apply the brake turn the E brake off and drive again and the next time I went to slow down it did the same thing over and over I called the host and he downplayed the whole incident the vehicle was unsafe to drive as the car behind me could’ve easily rear-ended me from jacking the brakes up very unhappy with this car rental.
