Difficult pick up and hand off
We have no choice but to follow the airport return instructions. For any complaints regarding airport returns, please Turo contact customer support. All the other renters are following the airport return instructions. Mahalo

This was my first time driving an EV, my first time using Turo, and my first time hearing about the VW ID.4. Hirokazu and his car made it a great experience. The car was spotless inside and out, obviously well cared for, and drove smooth with plenty of power.
Pickup when I arrived was simple, the garage felt safe, and Hirokazu replied quickly any time I had a question. He suggested an app for finding fast chargers, but I never needed one. That car gets excellent mileage. One day I drove from Aulani to Punchbowl to Hauʻula to Kaneʻohe, back to Hauʻula, and then to Ko Olina via Haleiwa—full car, A/C on all day—and still had just over 40% battery at the end of the day. At Aulani, where I stayed for the week+, chargers are right by the elevator on most floors, and I never had trouble finding one.
This was easy, stress-free, and a great first experience all around.
