Renting a car through Yongbin was incredibly easy from start to finish. Communication was excellent, and the pickup and drop-off instructions were clear and straightforward. The price was much more reasonable than the major rental car companies, making it an excellent value. Yongbin was very responsive throughout the process, and the car was clean, reliable, and felt very safe to drive.
