Overall the trip was good, car was clean and had no visible exterior damages. Only issue was the retrieving the car on arrival. Host left us stranded for almost an hour. We called, texted and host was unreachable and it's really hot in the parking lot and I'm with 2 kids (2 year old and a 2 month old). Another issue was the cameras in the airport is having issues scanning the plates so we have to go thru the parking exit 3x just to get the door to open (not an issue from the host but it adds inconvenience)

Great car! Definitely will book again if I come back to Hawaii. The gas mileage was insane. Host was super helpful and easy to communicate. Love this car.
