Quality of the vehicle was great, it was clean and comfortable. It was our first time on Turo and this was a great experience. Pick up location was straight forward for us at the airport. The use of it during the trip was well, communication with the host throughout this entire process was very well thought out. They gave clear instructions and answered any of the questions we had.
Drop off of the vehicle was good too. Minor mistake on my part and not the host’s part, didn’t see the video for drop off. It could’ve save me a trip around the airport. 😂
