We received the vehicle with a damaged center console screen. Unfortunately, we had to cancel the trip to ensure guest safety and vehicle quality.
Pick up and delivery instructions were confusing. Donate at airport isn’t accurate.

Highly recommend. Rental was super easy including pick up and drop off. Car was very nice, and great shape. Worked perfect for us. Will rent from them again. Thank you very much!

Car was great, feel like it could have been a little cleaner. There was already a decent amount of sand in it when we started the trip. Also found a used bandaid in one of the cup holders. First time Turo user and I feel like the pricing is a bit deceptive. Price advertised for 6 days was $392 and by the time it’s all said and done it was $600 with the fees. I also feel like the guest shouldn’t be responsible for any tickets or parking fees incurred during the time it was parked at the airport. The time it was parked has nothing to do with the guest and is out of their control. That cost should be the responsibility of the host. Other than that, I enjoyed driving the vehicle, it didn’t have any issues. The amount of messages I received near drop off and pickup time seemed a bit much and repetitive but the information they provided was informative.
