We were charged $122 to exit lot and never reimbursed for any of it. Even though they state a reimbursement in their initial message.
We like to rent from Turo to support small local businesses. We didn’t do enough research. This is not a small local business and the usual care and support we get from Turo was totally lacking. We recommend using someone else to get your vehicle. They are everything that we are against. Zero Aloha spirit. Probably owned by someone not even from Hawaii. Don’t do it.

We'd like to clarify that the $122 parking fee resulted from exit instruction not being followed. Our message explain that Turo guest should inform parking attendant for free exit. We do our best to make it clear as possible, leaving the instruction in the first message so you don't miss it and a video to make it easy.
We gladly reimburse charges when guest follow the instruction and are still charged. I'm happy to say, we are NOT a corporate. We are a small local company :)
