Maybe this was just a one-off, but we did not have a great experience with our host. The car was clean (aside from the cockroaches) and in good condition, we were having mechanical issues however with the breaks, they were making a constant clanking noise (host was notified we were told to drive with caution and sent a mechanic shop to take the car to…) all that aside the car drove just fine. My main issue comes from my experience ending our trip. We left the car clean, before our checkout time and in the location where the host had designated. To my surprise, about an hour later I received a notice that the host had unjustly charged me several fees totaling close to $200. I was unhappy and messaged and called the host several times but got no response or indication as to why those fees were applied. They were for using the car beyond our allotted time and leaving the car in the wrong place. After several hours of waiting and messaging the host and not getting any reply, I called Turo support and they agreed that the fees were not just and helped me get a refund. Super frustrating and took a lot of time out of our trip working with support. I will say that I had a great experience with the team at Turo, they were very helpful. I do not recommend working with this host.

For future guests, this review is retaliatory following charges for documented violations of Turo’s Terms of Service. The fees were not arbitrary, and the guest’s version of events does not accurately reflect what occurred. I have requested removal of this review due to its retaliatory nature. I encourage future guests to look at my extensive history of positive reviews, which better reflects the service and experience I consistently provide.

Great experience! Car was tidy and clean, easy instructions to follow for pick up and drop off with pictures for visuals. I dropped off the vehicle a little early at 11:30am, and messaged Yoly. Response was fast and timely. Everything went very well. I was rushing to the airport and forgot to check out on the app. I let the Yoly know and they were very understanding. Overall Great experience, recommend! Will rent again.
